Lessons in tea making Kenny Knight

In Yorkshire it would seem nearly everything can be cured with a cup of tea...this always raises a smile with my overseas friends...you notice the humour in their eyes & mirth in their voices each time I enquire "cup of tea?"

To me there is a timeless quality to drinking tea, sitting still, pondering...while watching the rain wander down misty windows with a warm brew in your hand ...nothing quite like it ...coffee is sociable ...but tea is comfort. 

Tea isn't trendy ...or difficult to order...its simplicity lies in its preparation...there is an etiquette to follow...milk aways in first...but to "have tea" ...sipped from a hand thrown mug, rustic tin or refined cup...

                                                  ...for me one is never enough.
